摘 要:针对电控单体泵供油一致性进行试验统计,总结了单体泵供油一致性随发动机工况的变化规律;然后研究并设计了单体泵电磁阀的多点修正控制策略;最后在EFS油泵测试台上对控制策略进行试验验证。研究结果表明:多点修正控制策略可以通过灵活配置获得最佳的修正效果,并可以有效地满足目前国产电控单体泵不同转速段的非线性修正需要,不仅使国产单体泵供油的一致性改善,各工况平均不均匀度从11.13%降至5.40%,解决了生产工艺上的瓶颈限制,而且可以针对各个转速点的供油一致性作调整,有利于改善电控柴油机整个功率范围的工作平稳性。By using test statistic method, the fuel delivery consistency change regulation of the electronic unit pump (EUP) with speed variation was obtained, and based on it a multi-point trim control strategy for EUP solenoid was put forward and verified on the EFS fuel equipment tester. The experiments demonstrate that the multi-point trim control strategy can achieve an optimal correction effect through flexible configuration, meeting effectively non- linear correction requirement in different speed ranges for present domestic EUPs without raising technological requirements. Besides improving the fuel delivery inconsistency of EUP (average unevenness being reduced from 11.13% to 5.40~), it can also realize adjustment of the consistency for individual speed point, thus improving engine operation stability in whole condition range for electron-controlled diesel engine.
