新型吸管式药敏检测盒的制备及在奶牛乳房炎诊治中的初步应用

摘　　要：为探索适于在兽医临床使用的药敏检测方法,本研究根据试管稀释法原理,研制组装新型吸管式药敏检测盒,并对该药敏检测盒的准确性、稳定性进行验证,然后对引起奶牛乳房炎的临床分离病原菌进行药敏检测。结果表明,新型吸管式药敏检测盒准确性高、稳定性好、便于保存,对临床分离病原菌的药敏检测结果与临床治疗情况基本相符,说明新型吸管式药敏检测盒适于在兽医临床使用。In order to explore the new method of drug sensitive test adapting to veterinary clinic, the straw drug sensitive test kits were manufactured, after the detection of its veracity and stability, these kits were used to test drug sensitivity of the bacterias that had aroused mastiffs of cow. The results showed that the straw drug sensitive test kits were exactly and stably, and the results of detection of these kits coincided with the clinical treatment for mastitis of cow.
