银屑病患者血脂水平与血小板状态分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨银屑病患者血脂水平与血小板状态的关系。方法:收集治疗的银屑病患者63例,在治疗前后均进行血脂检验,并选择同期体检均正常的健康人进行比较。结果:银屑病患者治疗前TC5.71±0.99mmol/L,TG1.84±1.12mmol/L,治疗后TC5.67±0.98mmol/L,TG1.83±1.12mmol/L,治疗前后比较有显著性差异,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。银屑病患者MPV、PCT、PDW均高于正常对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:这些改变是高血压及闭塞性血管疾患发生的主要相关因素,提示血脂及载脂蛋白异常与银屑病患者易并发这类疾患有关。Objective：To investigate the lipid levels in patients with psoriasis and the rela- tionship between platelet state. Methods：The hospital 63 cases of treatment, both before and after treatment for blood tests and physical examination were selected over the same period compared to normal healthy people. Results ：Psoriasis patients before TC 5. 71 ± 0. 99mmol/L,TG 1.84 ± 1.12mmol/L, after treatment,TC 5.67 ± 0. 98mmol/L, TG 1.83 ±1.12mmol/L, after treatment, there was significant difference compared with the control group were significantly different （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Psoriasis MPV, PCT, PDW were higher than the control group, two groups had significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：These changes are hypertension and vascular occlusive disease occurred in the main relevant factors, suggesting that lipid and apolipoprotein abnormalities in patients with psoriasis complicated by the type of disease.
