摘　　要：目的:探讨急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者围术期护理策略。方法:收治STEMI患者35例,直接PCI在术前、术中及术后观察重点及并发症情况。结果:加强围术期护理可以很好地减少手术并发症,改善患者预后。结论:STEMI患者围术期的护理是成功直接PCI的重要一环。Objective：To investigate the nurs- ing in patients with ST - elevation myocardial infarction （ STEMI ） during percutaneous coronary intervention （ PCI ）. Methods： 35 patients from 2009 to 2011 with STEMI performed direct PCI were observed and nursed before, during and after operations. The complications were recorded also. Results：The right nursing methods can not only lower the complications but also promote the prognosis in STEMI patients performed PCI. Conclusions ： Nursing is one of the important factors during direct PCI.
