张掖市吸毒人群梅毒感染现状分析

摘　　要：目的:通过分析张掖市吸毒人员人口学基本特征,了解该人群梅毒感染现状,为制定控制策略和措施奠定基础。方法:采用问卷调查,采集静脉血进行梅毒抗体检测。结果:吸毒人员年龄17～62岁,主要集中在31～40岁年龄段,占61.24%。初中及以下文化程度82.88%,无业者52.30%,未婚者48.73%。血清学检测梅毒阳性率为3.91%。结论:人群高危行为突出,是性病传播的桥梁人群,也是采取干预措施的重点人群,应采取以监测、宣传教育、干预为主的综合措施。Objective：By analyzing the basic demographic characteristics of drug users in Zhangye City, to learn about the status of syphilis infection, to develop control strategies and measures for the foundation. Methods： Use a questionnaire survey and serum samples were collected for syphilis antibody. Results：Drug users focus on 31 to 40 age group, for 61.24%. The youngest were 17 years of age, the largest in 62 years. Junior high school or below were 82. 88% ,52. 30% were unemployed, unmarried 48.73%. The positive rate of syphilis serology was 3. 91%. Conclusion： The crowd were prominent high -risk behavior, They were the bridge of sexually transmitted diseases. They also were Priority groups for intervene. Integrated measures should be taken by monitoring, educationand intervention.
