经鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎及鼻息肉126例

摘　　要：目的:分析鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床疗效及影响疗效的相关因素。方法:行鼻内镜手术治疗,术后随访6个月以上的126例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:治愈114例(90.5%),好转9例(7.1%),无效3例(2.4%),其中Ⅰ型治愈率93.34%,Ⅱ型治愈率80.67%,Ⅲ型治愈率64.47%,慢性鼻炎治愈率100.00%。手术无严重的并发症发生。结论:鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉具有良好的疗效,娴熟的手术操作、完善的术前准备、术后定期合理的鼻内镜随访是影响鼻内镜手术疗效的重要因素。Objective：To discuss some factors which are related with curative effects of endoscopic surgery of nasosinustis and rhinopolypus.Methods：126 patients with rhinosinusopatia were received endoscopic surgery.Results：The therapeutic effect of 114 of them were cured.9 were improved and 3 were ineffective.The cure rate of typeⅠwas 93.34%,typeⅡwas 80.67%,type Ⅲ was 64.47%,and chronic rhinitis was 100.00%.No syndrome happened after endoscopic surgery.Conclusion：experience of the operator,Anaesthesia,proper treatments after endoscopic surgery and regular visits to patients are key points to make sure good curative effect.
