胸三角皮瓣修复半侧颜面萎缩的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :治疗半侧颜面萎缩与面颊部凹陷畸形。方法 :采用加长的远端去表皮的胸三角皮瓣充填治疗半侧颜面萎缩与面颊部凹陷 16例。结果 :16例均取得理想的治疗效果 ,除供区有延迟愈合 (2例 )外 ,皮瓣无感染坏死现象 ,外形均获明显改善。结论 :这种方法对治疗半侧颜面萎缩与面颊部凹陷畸形有较好的治疗效果 。Objective:To solve and treatment the half facial atrophy and seriously facial hollow and defect of tissue.Methods:To drive our epidermarl of the end on the longer Deltopectoral flap have been used to reconstruct the half facial atrophy and hollow of face and deformity including16 patients. Results:All the 16 patients have been made cured,except 2 case who is slower healed on the to provide area of flap,and All flap been without infection and necrosis,appearances was improved by obriously.Conclusion:The method have been good result,As far as facial hollow and defect of this patients,It was worth to pursue.
