子痫前期孕妇脑电生理学研究

摘　　要：目的:分析子痫前期孕妇的脑电图特点。方法:随机选择子痫前期孕妇及健康妊娠孕妇各30例行脑电图检测。结果:对照组30例正常孕妇的脑电图结果均正常。研究组30例子痫前期患者中18为轻度,12例为重度,脑电图检查结果显示15例异常,其中11例为癫痫样放电,3例以快波活动为主,1例以慢波活动为主。两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:子痫前期孕妇EEG改变以癫痫样放电为主;与正常孕妇相比,子痫前期患者EEG变化显著。Objective：To analyze the EEG characteristics of pregnant women with pre-eclampsia.Methods：Randomly selected from April 2011 to October 2011 obstetric clinic pre-eclampsia and healthy pregnant women,pregnant women of 30 routine EEG testing.Results：In the control group of 30 normal pregnant women the EEG results were normal.Among the Study groups of 30 examples of patients with preeclampsia,18 cases is mild,the else is severe,15 cases showed EEG abnormalities,including 13 cases of epileptic discharge,3 patients with fast-wave activity-based,1 case of slow-wave based activities.The difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：EEG changes in pregnant women with preeclampsia epileptic discharges based;compared with normal pregnancy,preeclampsia EEG changes significantly.
