吉林省人力资源与经济发展的演变趋势分析

摘　　要：通过对吉林省人力资源总量、人力资源能力、人力资源结构与经济发展演变趋势的系统分析,认为:吉林省人力资源丰富并呈稳步增长的态势,但就业不够充分,从业人员比重呈下降趋势;人力资源素质较高,但优势正逐渐缩小,竞争力明显不足;人力资源产业结构与产值结构出现明显的错位,呈背离趋势。Through the systematic analysis on the evolution trend of the amount of human resources,human resources capacity,human resources structure and the economic development in Jilin Province,this article concludes that in Jilin Province,the human resources is rich and it shows a steady growing trend,but the employment is inadequate,and the proportion of employees is declining.Besides,this article has another conclusion that the quality of the human resources is high,but the advantage is gradually reduced and clearly the competitiveness is not adequate.At last,this article reveals that the industrial structure of the human resources and the output structure are apparently dislocated,and they are deviating from each other gradually.
