微创置管治疗高血压脑出血95例观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨微创置管引流术在高血压脑出血临床治疗中的效果,最大限度提高患者生存率,降低致残率、死亡率,总结救治经验。方法:回顾性分析总结近年来采用微创引流术治疗高血压脑出血病患95例的临床资料。结果:微创置管95例,按ADL分级,Ⅰ级19例,Ⅱ级36例,Ⅲ级24例,Ⅳ级6例,Ⅴ级4例,死亡6例。结论:与传统的开颅手术相比,微创引流术简单易行,对脑组织伤害小,病程短,利于术后恢复,能达到预期效果,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of minimal-invasive installed tube aspiration in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,to enhance the patients′ survival rate,decrease the rate of deformity and mortality maximumly,and discuss the diagnosis and therapy.Method Total 95 patients of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results Minimally-invasive catheterization in 95 cases,according to the ADL classification,grade Ⅰ in 19 cases,36 cases of grade Ⅱ,24 cases of grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ of 6 cases,Ⅴ class of 4 cases,6 cases died.Conclusion Compared with the traditional craniotomy operation,minimally-invasive drainage is simple,with small injury of brain and shorter duration,is benefit for postoperative recovery,can achieve the desired effect,is worth promoting.
