摘　　要：目的:探讨孕早期多胎妊娠经阴道减胎术的手术配合及护理。方法:术前充分准备,术中默契配合与监测,术后加强护理与随访,对12例多胎妊娠患者于孕早期实施经阴道减胎术。结果:患者均成功减灭1个或2个胚胎,无并发症发生。结论:经阴道减胎术是一种有效、安全且操作相对简便的补救性治疗措施,而手术成功的关键是术中默契配合以及良好的术前、术后护理。Objective To investigate the early pregnancy by transvaginal multifetal pregnancy reduction with the fetal surgery and nursing.Method Preoperative fully prepared,with the tacit understanding and monitoring of intraoperative and postoperative intensive care and follow-up,12 cases of multiple pregnancies were reported in early pregnancy by transvaginal fetal reduction implementation.Results The patients were successfully reduced off one or two embryos and no complications.Conclusion Transvaginal fetal reduction is an effective,safe and relatively simple operation of remedial treatment,and surgery is the key to a successful surgery and a good understanding with the preoperative and postoperative care.
