妊娠期服用钙尔奇-D600补钙的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察妊娠期补钙的效果以及对妊娠的影响。方法:将300例妊娠16～21周的孕妇随机分为观察组150例(服用钙尔奇-D600)和对照组150例。分别于服药前测血压、血钙、尿蛋白,观察期间每2周查一次血压、宫高、腹围,每4周测一次血钙、尿蛋白。观察缺钙的症状发生情况及药物顺应性。结果:观察组的临床缺钙症状明显低于对照组,且妊娠期高血压疾病、胎儿生长受限发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:妊娠期补充钙尔奇-D600有利于降低缺钙症状的发生,降低妊娠期高血压疾病、胎儿生长受限发生率,对母婴有利,且无不良反应。Objective To observe the effects of the calcium supplement during gestation period and its effects on gesta- tion. Method Equally divided 300 cases of 16 to 21 weeks pregnant women into an observation group （taking Caltrate - D600） and a con- trol group. Before taking any medicine,each of the cases in the two groups had blood pressure,blood calcium and PRO tested. During the observation period,blood pressure, fundal height and abdominal circumference were tested once every two weeks, and blood calcium and PRO were tested once every four weeks,observing the symptoms of calcium deficiency and drag adherence. Results The symptoms of calci- um deficiency in the observation group were less serious than in the control group, and the former had a lower rate of HDCP and FGR （ P 〈 0. O1 ）. Conclusion Supplying caltrate - D during the gestation period helps reduce symptoms of calcium deficiency, HDCP and FGR, which is beneficial to mothers and infants,with no adverse effects.
