摘　　要：目的：探讨口服碘番酸胆囊造影ＣＴ的应用价值。方法：本文收集４０例经手术病理证实的ＣＴ平扫及口服碘番酸胆囊造影ＣＴ资料完整的病例，进行回顾性分析。结果：口服碘番酸胆囊造影ＣＴ在显示等密度、低密度结石及胆囊息肉样病变方面具有特征性表现，在胆囊与非胆囊病变的鉴别上具有一定价值。结论：口服碘番酸胆囊造影ＣＴ作为一种简便易行的检查手段。Objective:To study the applied value of cholecysltographic CT with oral Telepaque.Methods:CT findings of gallbladder before and after oral telepaque in 40 cases were analyzed retrospectively.All the cases were confirmed by surgery and pathology.Results:Hypo or isodensity gallstones,polypus of gallbladder could be revealed clearly on cholecysltographic CT after oral telepaque.The disease of galloladder or non-gallbladder could also be distinguished with this methods.Conclusion:Cholecysltographic CT after oral telepaque is a simple and effective method.It is very valuable in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of disease of gallbladder.
