摘　　要：在种种限制之下,底层妇女难以形成群体,难以进行有效的利益表达,碎片化状况十分突出。民间妇女组织的整合有助于其为弱势妇女群体进行有效利益表达。妇女组织的整合应以妇女组织的分工定位与合作建立起伙伴关系为基础,这是一种趋势,但现实中妇女组织的整合还有待不断探索和实践。With the various limits,the underlying women can′t form organizations,its fragmental contiditon is so prominent.The integration of non-governmental women′s organizations will promote to their efficient benefit expression for the vulnerable group.The integration of women′s organizaiton should be based on the friendship relation between the orientation of their division of labor and coorperation.This is a trend,but in fact the integration of women’s organation still need futher practise and explore.
