摘　　要：目的：探讨成人股骨头缺血坏死的早期影像表现。方法：回顾性分析了４３ 例病人的各种影像学特征及各期的影像学表现。结果：综合影像学所见，将病人分为Ⅰ期６例，Ⅱ期１６例，Ⅲ期１３例，Ⅳ期８例，经与其手术及病理对照基本一致。结论：结合影像学特征对本病作出早期诊断以利于早期治疗，至关重要。Objective:To investigate the early imaging findings of necrosis of femoral head in adults.Methods:A retrospective study of imaging findings of 43 patients with necrosis of femoral head was carried out.Results:According to the imaging findings,there were 6 cases categorized as stage Ⅰ,16 as stage Ⅱ,13 as stage Ⅲ and 8 as stage Ⅳ,all were quite consistent with their operational and pathological diagnosis.Conclusion:Early diagnosis of necrosis of femoral head in adults with imaging modalities is cruial for the early treatment.
