摘  要:探讨促超排卵周期胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白 1 (IGFBP-1 )与卵泡发育的关系。采用酶联免疫吸附试验 (EL ISA)和放射免疫法 (RIA)检测 3 2例体外受精 -胚胎移植(IVF-ET)促超排卵前血清、卵泡液及同期血清中 IGFBP-1及性激素的含量。结果 :(1 )促超排卵过程中血清 IGFBP-1含量显著升高 (P<0 .0 5) ,卵泡液内的平均含量显著高于同期血清中的水平 (P<0 .0 0 1 ) ,且与卵泡发育数呈正相关 (r=0 .4 8,P<0 .0 5)。 (2 )同期末梢血清中 IGFBP-1水平与雌二醇呈显著正相关 (r=0 .4 1 ,P<0 .0 5)。结论 :促超排卵周期血清及卵泡液 IGFBP-1水平均升高 ,并参与对卵泡发育的调控。Objective: To investigate the relationship between insulin like growth factor binding protein 1 (IGFBP 1) and development of ovarian follicles under the stimulation with gonadotropins in an in vitro fertilization (IVF) program. Methods: Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and radiommuoassay were used to determine the level of sex hormones and IGFBP 1 in the serum and follicular fluid samples. Results: (1)Levels of serum IGFBP 1 increased with the development of follicles ( P <0.05);follicular fluid (FF) IGFBP 1 levels were significantly higher than those of matched serum ( P <0.001);FF IGFBP 1 levels increased with increase of follicle numbers ( P <0.05). (2)Significant positive correlation was found between serum IGFBP 1 and serum estradiol ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Serum IGFBP 1 production and FF IFGBP 1 might be stimulated by gonadotropins, playing a complementary role with the gonadotropons in the regulation of follicular development.
