摘  要:目的研究一种新型玻璃纤维增强(GFRP)-光纤光栅(FBG)智能复合筋的制备方法及其力学和感知特性,为了改善FRP筋的弹性模量低,安全性能差的缺点.方法根据单向混杂纤维FRP筋制备原理,将多根细钢丝和光纤传感元件内嵌于GFRP筋中设计一种新型的内嵌钢丝GFRP智能复合筋结构,阐述其结构及制作工艺,并对其力学及感知特性进行了试验研究.结果给出了新型智能钢绞线的制备方法.通过试验确定新型智能筋的弹性模量与普通GFRP智能筋相比有所提高,内嵌2根、3根、4根钢丝的智能筋弹性模量分别提高了3.1%、5.8%、8.0%;应变感知线性相关系数为99.973%,内嵌2根、3根和4根钢丝的智能筋灵敏度系数分别为每应变1.12 pm、1.14 pm和1.18 pm.内嵌钢丝GFRP智能筋具有良好的力学特性,其弹性模量较普通GFRP复合筋有所提高;智能筋的应变和温度感知特性较好,应变感知灵敏度系数与GFRP智能筋相近,并与传统传感器监测结果相吻合.结论验证了该内嵌钢丝GFRP智能筋兼具受力与传感特性,适合于实际工程应用需要.In this paper,in order to improve properties of FRP rebar such as low elastic modulus, bad safety performance and so on, according to preparation principle of unidirectional hybrid fibers FRP rebar, we designed a novel embedded steel wire GFRP-FBG smartbar. The basic structure and production process have also been given in details. Then the novel smart rebar has been tested by serious experiments to research its mechanical and sensing properties. The monitoring results show that the elastic modulus of novel smart rebar is higher than one of the common GFRP rebar, and the elastic modulus of the rebar with two steel wires, three steel sires and four steel wires is increased by 3.1% ,5.8% ,8.0%. The strain sensing characteristics is fine, and the strain sensitivity coefficient agrees with the normal GFRP smart rebar. Linear correlation coefficient of strain sensing is 99. 973 %, and sensitivity coefficients of the rebar with embedded two steel wires, three steel wires and four steel wire respectively are 1.12 pm/με, 1.14 pm/με and 1.18 pm/με. Such kind of embedded steel wires GFRP-OF smart rebar can be used for both structural and functional materials in practical structure.
