摘 要:目的研究13X分子筛与聚合氯化铝联用对微污染水的净化效果,确定适宜的试验条件.方法采用静态试验方法,通过分子筛不同粒径、不同投加量、分子筛与混凝剂不同投加顺序条件下的试验进行对比.结果投量2.5 g/L,粒径0.074、0.2、0.5 mm的分子筛与投量40mg/L聚合氯化铝联用,0.2 mm粒径分子筛效果较好,有机物、氨氮、浊度、色度去除率分别为:59.88%,55.97%,79.6%,62.52%.投量3.0 g/L时,效果变化不大.由于不易沉淀,0.074 mm分子筛较0.2 mm的效果差.投量过多对浓度和色度的去除效果下降,其原因主要是搅拌破碎而造成,通过降低搅拌时间,可提高分子筛对浊度的去除效果.先投加分子筛,后加混凝剂效果较好.结论分子筛与聚合氯化铝混凝剂联用,对微污染水中的有机物、氨氮、浊度和色度均有较好的去除效果.The paper studies the purification effect for micro-polluted water by the combination of molecular sieve I3X and PAC. The appropriate experimental conditions could be determined through the experiment re- sults with molecular sieve of different size and dosage, different sequence between molecular sieve and PAC by using static test methods. When molecular sieve of dosage is 2. 5 g/L, particle size is 0. 074 ram, 0. 2 mm, and 0. 5 mm separately, combined with the PAC of dosage 40 mg / L, the best removal could be a- chieved with the molecular sieve particle size of 0. 2 mm and the removal rates of organic matter, ammonia, turbidity,color were respectively 59. 88% ,55.97% ,79. 6% ,62.52%. When the dosage was 3.0 g/L, the removal of organic matter, ammonia changed little. Due to the difficult of precipitate, the removal effect of molecular sieve particle size with 0. 074 mm was worse than 0. 2 mm. The treatment effect of turbidity and color decreased when the dosage was too large, because the stir broke molecular sieves. If shorten the stir- ring time, the turbidity increase can be effectively removed. And the appropriate dosing order was adding molecular sieve before coagulant. The removal was good for organic matter, ammonia, turbidity, color of mi- cro-polluted water when combined molecular sieve with PAC.
