摘　　要：医学分类标准化是医学信息标准化的核心,也是医院质量管理的重要方面。主要的分类有参考分类、衍生分类和其他分类,病例组合和DRGs体系就是建立在参考分类的基础之上的。而医学分类也是临床质量管理数据提取、分析和应用的基础。当前我国亟需开展医学分类标准化工作,随着标准化的逐步完善,才能真正实现医疗服务质量控制与管理。Medical classification is the core of standardized medical information, and it ＇s also important for hospital quality management. It includes 3 main reference classifications, derived classification and other types of classifications, casemix and DRGs classification system is built on the basis of reference classification. The medical classification is the basis of quality management in clinical data extraction, analysis and application. At present, China is in need of carrying out the standardization of medical classification, with the gradual improvement of standards, it could really achieve the objective of quality control and management of medical services.
