摘　　要：医疗风险管理已成为现代医院管理中的焦点问题。文章对医疗风险与医疗风险管理的相关概念进行了阐述,分析和讨论了我国医疗风险管理现状及存在问题,并提出对策与建议:完善医疗风险管理组织机构,规范医疗操作流程;实现医疗风险信息化管理;推行医疗责任保险,建立第三方调解机制;加强医务人员法律、法规培训及职业道德教育;建立健全操作性强的临床医疗风险管理措施。Medical risk management has become one of the important issues increasingly concerned by modem hospital and managers. In the paper, medical risk management and related concepts are described, the status of medical risk management and problems are analyzed and discussed, in addition, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward including improving the medical risk management organization, standardizing the medical operation process ; achieving medical risk information management; implementing medical liability insurance, establishing mechanisms for third - party mediation; strengthening medical staff to the laws and regulations training, professional ethics education is also needed; building the whole operable clinical risk management measures.
