摘　　要：目的探讨基层医院产科顾客对医疗服务质量的需求。方法从2010年6月～2010年8月使用调查问卷对广东省、湖南省2所镇卫生院产科顾客进行随机抽样调查并对结果进行分析。结果广东、湖南两镇卫生院产科顾客对医疗服务质量的需要都较高,其中对结构质量、结果质量需要两地顾客基本上一致,而对过程质量的少数服务项目需要略有不同。结论医院应重视医疗服务质量建设,努力提高医疗服务质量,满足顾客需要。Objective To explore the need of the obstetrical customers on medical service quality in primary hospital. Method According to the designed questionnaire, the obstetrical customers were investigated with random sampling in the two township hospitals in Guangdong and Hunan province from June to August 2010. Result In Guangdong and Hunan province, The need of the obstetric customers is higher and the need was the same on the form quality and result quality. Some of the service items on the process quality have a little different on medical service of the two township hospitals. Conclusion The hospital should attach importance to the medical service quality, improve the medical service quality and satisfy the need of the customers.
