摘　　要：以大连医科大学图书馆为例,分析当前高校电子阅览服务现状及存在的问题,通过创新服务实践寻求电子阅览多元化、个性化的发展对策,即健全规章制度、挖掘教育功能、加强网络安全管理、营造健康环境。Taking Library of Dalian Medical University as an example,the paper analyzes the current status and existing problems of electronic reading services in college and university libraries.Through innovative service practices,diversified and personalized development strategies are put forward,namely,modifying the regulation,exploring the education function,enhancing;network safety management, fostering well - functioning environment.
