摘 要:如何充分利用、调动各市场化作业公司所拥有的设备资源、管理资源和技术力量,为长庆油田分公司第一采油厂的井下作业生产服务,如何在实践中形成独特、有效和可持续发展的监督管理理念,不断加强过程控制,提高作业质量,已经成为一个不可忽视的问题。对井下作业监督运行1年来的经验和不足做一总结和交流,为进一步提升长庆油田分公司第一采油厂井下作业监督管理水平提供一些理论指导。The problem on how to make full use of and mobilize the equipment resources,management resources and technological forces that every market-driven operation company possesses so as to serve the downhole operation of No.1 Oil Production Factory in Changqing Oilfield Company,and how to form the unique,effective and sustainable development supervision concept in order to strengthen process control and improve the operation quality,has become one that can't be neglected.The experiences and shortcomings during one-year implementation of downhole operation supervision are summarized and communicated in the paper,which provides some theoretical instruction for improving the downhole operation supervision management in No.1 Oil Production Factory of Changqing Oilfield Company.
