摘　　要：针对单位外出检测队伍工作点多、线长、面广,又有高温高压、有毒有害、野外施工、环境复杂、连续作业等特点,以及安全风险高的实际情况,就单位以项目组形式加强外出队伍管理,开展标准化项目组建设进行了探索。通过管理创新与实施,有效地提高了外出队伍的本质化安全管理水平,实现了安全生产零事故的工作目标。According to the characteristics of outward monitoring teams in our company like numerous work sites,long working line,wide working surface,high temperature and pressure,possessing poison and harm,open-air construction,complex working environment,successive operation and so on,as well as the practical condition of high safety risks,an exploration is made on how to strengthen outward team management and carry out the construction of standard project group by the form of project group in our unit.Through the creation and implementation of management,the substantial safety management of outward team has been improved effectively,and the working goal of safety production with zero accident has been realized
