摘 要:利用SRAP标记分析技术探讨了22种木莲属植物的遗传亲缘关系。选用13对SRAP引物组合对木莲属22个种的基因组进行分析。结果表明:22个种共扩增出981条DNA带,其中多态性条带占94.8%;在Nei’s遗传相似性系数0.70处,UPGMA聚类将22个种分为5个类群,在0.715分为9个亚类;22种木莲属植物的Nei’s遗传相似性系数变化范围为0.625(乳源木莲与球果木莲之间)~0.914(中缅木莲与滇南木莲之间),平均遗传相似性系数为0.696。其中中缅木莲、滇南木莲之间遗传相似性系数为0.914,两者亲缘关系最近。该结果支持将巴东木莲、乳源木莲、滇桂木莲分别作为独立的种。The genetic relationships among 22 Manglietia plants were analyzed by sequence-related amplified polymorphism(SRAP) method.Thirteen pairs of primers were selected to assess the genomes of 22 Manglietia plants.The results showed that 981 DNA bands were amplified,and 930 of which(94.8%) were polymorphic.According to Nei's genetic similarity coefficient,UPGMA cluster analysis indicated that the 22 species were classified into 5 groups with the genetic similarity of 0.70,and they were classified into 9 sub-groups with the genetic similarity of 0.715.The Nei's genetic similarity coefficient of 22 species of Manglietia ranged from 0.625(between M.yuyuanensis and M.conifera)~0.914(between M.hookeri and M.wangii).The average genetic similarity was 0.696,which suggested that Manglietia had a plenty of inter-specie diversity.The genetic similarity coefficient between M.hookeri and M.wangii was 0.914,and their genetic relationship was actually most close.The result supported the classification of M.patungensis,M.yuyuanensis and M.forrestii as independent species,respectively.
