摘　　要：Th17细胞是新近认定的不同于Th1和Th2的特有T细胞系,与其他免疫细胞协调介导各种免疫反应,在一些原来认为由Th1、Th2介导的变应性疾病中起重要作用。本文对Th17细胞及其产生的细胞因子:IL-17、IL-6、INF-α及相关细胞因子IL-23在变应性疾病中的作用及研究进展进行综述。Thl7 cells were identified as a distinct T-cell lineage different from Thl and Th2 recently,with the function of cooperatively mediate various inununologic responses and playing important roles in allergic diseases with other immune cells which were considered to be mediated by Th1 and Th2 originally.This review will summarize the roles and the progress in research of Thl7 cells and its cytokines：IL-17 IL-6、INF-α and related to it：IL-23 in allergic disease.
