摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎中医治法分布及方剂运用规律,为制定CAG规范化治疗方案提供依据.方法:通过网络数据库检索近10年中医药治疗CAG文献,从2300余篇文献中撷取了含有具体病例统计数据的文献206篇,对确诊CAG病例8056例进行归纳、整理和总结其相关中医治法分布及方剂运用信息,然后进行统计学处理、分析.结果:中医治法排在首位的是:健脾益气(构成比35.45%),其余依次是疏肝和胃(构成比22.24%)、益气养阴和清热化湿(构成比分别为16.68%,15.14%,均P<0.01),上述4种治法构成比总和达85%以上.4种证型的治法使用方剂频次居首的分别是:香砂六君子汤、柴胡疏肝散、益胃汤和半夏泻心汤(使用频率依次为:25.23%,60.87%,34.67%,26.76%;均P<0.01).结论:健脾益气为CAG基本治法,疏肝和胃、益气养阴和清热化湿为临床常见治法,分别以香砂六君子汤、柴胡疏肝散、益胃汤,沙参麦冬汤和半夏泻心汤为各证型首选方剂.其结果对制定CAG规范化治疗方案具有参考价值.AIM：To summarize the approaches and prescriptions for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）.METHODS：The literature regarding TCM treatment of CAG was retrieved by searching the Network Database in nearly 10 years,and 206 papers which comprised detailed data and included 8 056 clinical cases were obtained.We then summarized information about TCM treatment approaches and prescriptions and ana-lyzed them using statistical methods.RESULTS：The most frequently used treatment approach for CAG was replenishing Qi and invigorating spleen,followed by soothing liver and harmonizing stomach,supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,and clearing heat and eliminating dampness.The above four treatment approaches were used in more than 85% of cases.The most frequently used prescription in the four treatment approaches was XiangShaLiuJunZi Decoction,followed by Chaihu Shugan Powder （CSP）,Benefit Stomach Soup,and Banxia Xiexin Decoction.CONCLUSION：Common TCM treatment approaches for CAG include replenishing Qi and invigorating spleen,soothing liver and harmonizing stomach,supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,and clearing heat and eliminating dampness.Common prescriptions are XiangShaLiuJunZi Decoction,CSP,Benefit Stomach Soup and Banxia Xiexin Decoction.
