摘　　要：[目的]总结甲泼尼龙联合环磷酰胺冲击治疗皮肌炎合并肺间质纤维化的护理。[方法]对23例皮肌炎合并肺间质纤维化病人采用甲泼尼龙联合环磷酰胺冲击治疗,同时针对病情及药物副反应采取相应的护理。[结果]1例病人并发重症肺炎死亡,其余病人均顺利度过双冲击治疗。2例病人出现高血压,5例病人在冲击治疗后第10天～第14天出现中性粒细胞减少,8例出现恶心、呕吐、食欲不振等消化道反应,3例出现肝肾功能损害,1例出现心率加快,均有不同程度的脱发,均无出血性膀胱炎。[结论]加强皮肌炎合并肺间质纤维化病人行甲泼尼龙联合环磷酰胺冲击治疗的护理,可使病人顺利完成治疗,保证治疗效果。Objective：To summarize the nursing care of methylprednisolone in combination with cyclophosphamide stosstherapy for dermatomyositis patients complicated with pulmonary fibrosis.Methods：A total of 23 cases of dermatomyositis patients complicated with pulmonary fibrosis underwent the methylprednisolone in combination with cyclophosphamide stosstherapy,at the same time,accepted appropriate care aiming at disease and drug side effects.Results：One patient complicated with severe pneumonia and died,the remaining patients finished the stosstherapy successfully.Two cases supervened hypertension and five cases had neutropenia after stosstherapy.Eight cases complicated with the gastrointestinal reactions including nausea,vomiting and anorexia,three cases with liver and kidney dysfunction,one case with accelerated heart rate,but all patients had different degrees of hair loss.Conclusion：To strengthen the nursing care of dermatomyositis patients complicated with pulmonary fibrosis undergoing ethylprednisolone in combination with cyclophosphamide stosstherapy can make the patients finish the treatment successfully and ensure the curative effect.
