摘 要:在后基因组时代,系统发育重建领域面临许多新的挑战。新的方法正在开发以处理高通量技术产生的庞大而复杂的分子数据。系统发育大树是研究宏观进化和生物学问题的重要手段和基础,组合几百甚至几千个基因的超级矩阵是"大树"构建的主要方法之一。与通常的小规模矩阵相比,超级矩阵构树在每个步骤上都面临方法上的挑战,包括取样策略、数据库操作、多序列比对、构树计算和树信心评估等构树环节。文章围绕超级矩阵构树方法的进展、存在的问题和将来的发展进行了简要综述。In the post-genomic era,many new challenges were posed for phylogenetic reconstrcution fields.Novel approaches were developed to handle the large,complex and noisy molecular data produced by high throughput technologies.It was viewed as being fundamental to study of macroevolution and biology through building large phylogenetic trees,and supermatrix,combining hundreds of even thousands of genes,was one of main methods for building these "large trees".Compared with the small-sized matrix,the construction of tree based on the supermatrix was faced with many methodological challenges almost at each step,including sampling strategy,database operation,multiple sequence alignment,tree-building computation and branch support measuring.In this article,the progress of methods,existing issues and future development directions in this field were briefly reviewed.
