超声引导下自动活检术对乳腺肿瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的随着影像技术的发展,超声检查已用于乳腺癌的筛查,文中探讨超声引导自动活检术(ultrasound-guidedautom aticbiopsy,USGAB)对乳腺肿瘤病理及分子生物学诊断的应用价值。方法对60例普通超声诊断的乳腺肿瘤患者行超声引导下自动活检术,获取病理结果。将超声诊断结果和超声引导下自动活检术结果与术后病理诊断结果进行对比分析。结果超声诊断与病理分析符合率为70.0%;58例穿刺活检结果符合病理诊断结果,穿刺诊断符合率96.7%(58/60),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导自动活检术具有安全、准确、快捷、取材质量高等优势,在乳腺肿块的超声诊断与鉴别诊断中具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective With the advance of imaging technology,ultrasound has been used for the screening examination of breast cancer.This study aimed to investigate the value of ultrasound-guided automatic biopsy（USGAB） in the diagnosis of breast tumors.Methods We compared the results of pathological examination and USGAB with those obtained by surgery in 60 cases of breast tumors.ResultsThe results of USGAB conformed to those of pathological examination in 58（96.7%） of the cases,of which 50 were confirmed to be breast cancer by molecular biology,and the other 8 diagnosed as benign masses.Conclusion USGAB,as a safe,accurate and efficient method,has a significant clinical application value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast tumors.
