摘 要:军队干部医疗保障是部队医院的重要任务之一。新形势下部队医院尤其是军区总医院级别医院的干部医疗保障工作,呈现出疾病诊疗不专业、患者住院时间长、医疗服务效率低等问题,文中对此进行全面分析,就干部病区专科化收治模式的创立及干部专科病区的设置进行阐述。认为通过新模式的应用和管理创新,使病区诊断准确率有所提升,治疗程序得到合理规范,医疗服务意识逐渐增强,可持续发展能力不断促进,既提高了部队干部的满意度,又提升医师工作积极性,干部病区呈现出全面发展的态势。Healthcare for high-ranking officers of the army is an important task of military hospitals.At present,there exist in the healthcare of high-ranking officers in military hospitals,especially in general hospitals,some problems of lengthy hospital stay,low-efficiency medical service,and improper diagnosis and treatment.Based on the analysis of these problems,Nanjing General Hospital established the mode of specialized hospitalization and specialized wards for high-ranking officers.The application of this new mode and innovation in management significantly improved the accuracy of diagnosis,normalization of treatment procedures,awareness of healthcare service,and the sustainability of development.The results were increased satisfaction of the patients,higher initiative of the staff and overall development of the wards for high-ranking officers.
