人参皂苷Rg1药理作用与肾病综合征发病机制的联系

摘　　要：人参皂苷Rg1是从人参中提取的有效成分,药理作用广泛,虽然还没有在肾病综合征(nephrotic syndrome,NS)方面的实验及临床研究,但某些药理效应与NS的病理改变联系紧密,包括保护肾、抗血栓、抗氧化、调节免疫、部分糖皮质激素样作用等。因此,可考虑将人参皂苷Rg1用于NS的治疗,为深入研究人参皂苷Rg1在NS方面的运用提供思路。Ginsenoside Rg1,an effective component extracted from Ginseng,has various pharmacological actions.Although experimental and clinical researches are rarely reported on nephrotic syndrome（NS）,some pharmacological effects of ginsenoside Rg1 are closely related to the pathological changes of NS,including its protection of the kidney,reduction of thrombus,anti-oxidization,immune regualtion,and steroidal effects.Therefore ginsenoside Rg1 has an application value in the treatment of NS.
