摘　　要：重点讨论事关军队“十五”医学科技发展战略全局的人才培养、学科建设、科技优先发展方向和重点科研项目的预测模型及实现方法。Chiefly discussed the forecast model and implementation method in the talents training, subject constructing, science technology first development direction and important scientific research projects about the medical science and technology development strategy overall situation of P.L.A′s “tenth Five year Plan”,in order to provide reliable decision making basis for the development of P.L.A medicine science and technology.
