摘　　要：目的:研究兰索拉唑胶囊含量的测定方法,以控制其质量。方法:以紫外分光光度法。结果:测定波长为284nm,线性范围4.8～20.4μg·ml-1,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD=0.7%。结论:本方法准确、简单、快速,可做为兰索拉唑胶囊的含量测定。OBJECTIVE:To determine the content and control the quality of lansoprazole capsules.METHODS:UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of lansoprazole capsules.RESULTS:The absorbance at 284nm showed a linear relationship in range of 4.8 ～ 20.4 μg·ml -1 ( r = 0.999 9 ), with mean recovery of 99.7% , RSD of 0.7% ( n =6).CONCLUSIONS:The method is accurate,simple,rapid and can be used to determine the content of lansoprazole capsules.
