摘　　要：分析了吉林省电力有限公司变电工程造价现状,按照量、价、费构成投资的固有逻辑关系研究了影响造价的主要因素,对工程管理和造价控制工作进行了梳理,总结了变电工程项目实际工作中存在的造价资料数据库不够完善,缺乏有效的工程设计、施工、监理激励约束机制等问题,并提出了下一步应完善的相关管理办法、推行工程全寿命周期管理手段、加强与地方政府的沟通协作等造价管理工作方面的建议。This paper analyzes the cost status quo of power transformation projects owned by the Jilin Electric Power Company, studies the major factors that affects the project cost according to the inherent logic relationship of investment constituted by quantity, price and fees, discusses the project management and cost control work, summarizes the problems such as the incomplete database of cost information, and lack of effective incentive and restraint mechanism in project design, construction and supervision, and proposes some suggestions on cost management, such as perfecting the related management methods, implementing the life-cycle management means for project, and strengthening communication and cooperation with local governments and others.
