摘 要:研究了用毛细管区带电泳法快速分离检测甲基安非他明和安非他明的方法.在350 m m ol/L(pH 3.1) 的磷酸盐缓冲体系中,上述两种组分可在6 m in 内完全分离.以紫外检测器在195 nm 处检测安非他明和甲基安非他明,14 次平行测定的相对标准偏差RSD分别为3.1% 和2.2% ,在5×10- 6- 500×- 6的范围内,安非他明和甲基安非他明均有较好的线性(r > 0.999),结果表明该方法在较大的范围内有良好的线性关系和较好的重现性.The object of this work is to develop a new capillary zone electrophoresis method for the rapid detection of methamphetamine and amphetamine on a single run. Analysis was performed on a polyimide coated fused silica capillary of 35 cm total length and 75 μm i.d.. The detections of methamphetamine and amphetamine were carried out at the wavelength of 195 nm. According to the experimental results, the optimum separation condition was selected as: 350 mM phosphate buffer of pH 3.10, 20℃ and 10.5 kV. Under this experimental condition, methamphetamine and amphetamine could be separated effectively in less than six minutes. The R.S.D. of peak area for 14 runs was 2.2% for methamphetamine, 3.1% for amphetamine, respectively. The peak areas of amphetamine and methamphetamine and their corresponding concentrations have good linear relationships from 5 ppm to 500 ppm ( r >0.999). The detection limits were 3.1 ppm for methamphetamine, 2.6 ppm for amphetamine at a signal to noise ration (S/N) of 3. Two batches of samples were analysed by this method. The contents of these two batches seizures were 95.72%± 0.1% and 97.59%±0.2%, respectively.
