锌镀层无铬钝化工艺的探讨

摘　　要：以氟钛酸钾、硝酸、硼酸、葡萄糖酸钠、硝酸钠所组成的无铬钝化液,处理镀锌层表面,其特点是无毒、成本低,钝化膜为光亮的白蓝色、抗腐蚀性较好、工艺简单等,中性盐雾试验(NSS)测定时间达43 h.A new chromate-free passivation solution consisting of K2TiF6, HNO3, H3BO3, C6H11 O7Na, NaNO3 was used to treat the galvanized surface. Being poisonless, low-cost, and simple in handling, the solution can generate a bluish-white, corrosion -resistant passive film on the galvanized surface. The NSS time of the film reaches 43 hours.
