摘　　要：目的总结新鲜闭合性跟腱断裂微创治疗的方法,为临床推广应用提供依据。方法所有病例均采用小切口微创治疗的方法,并行跖肌腱包裹跟腱断端。结果出院后所有病例均获得随访,随访时间为术后3个月至2年,优良率达100%,未再次发生跟腱断裂。结论用微创的方法治疗新鲜闭合性跟腱断裂并行跖肌腱包裹跟腱断端,有利于术后功能恢复,手术方式易于被患者接受,值得临床推广。Objective To summarize the clinic effects of mini-invasive treating of fresh closed rupture of Achilles tendon.Methods Mini-invasive treating was applied in all cases of fresh closed rupture of Achilles tendon.Ruptured Achilles tendon were wrapped up by plantaris muscle tendon.Results All cases were followed up from three months to two years after operation.The healing rate was 100%,with no repeated rupture of Achilles tendon.Conclusions The clinical effect of mini-invasive treating of fresh closed rupture of Achilles tendon is reliable,which is valuable to extend in clinic.
