摘　　要：在石油化工生产环节中,DCS中央控制系统是非常重要的一部分。随着生产规模的不断扩大,技术的不断更新,DCS系统也在不断地进行升级改造,以满足生产的需求。在渤南陆上终端改造项目中,采用艾默生DeltaV和DeltaV SIS系统,对已有DCS中央控制系统中的过程控制系统(PCS)和安全仪表系统(SIS)进行扩展,使新旧系统能够无缝连接、安全运行,同时也对工程使用的软件进行了说明。该项目的完成提高了生产产量,提高了工厂的自动化控制水平。In the petrochemical production chain,DCS central control system is a very important part.With the continuous expansion of production scale and technology continuously updated,DCS systems are constantly upgrading,to meet production requirements.In the reconstruction project of Bonan onshore terminal,uses the Emerson DeltaV and DeltaV SIS system to realize the existing DCS control system expansion in the central process control system and safety instrumented system.So the old and new systems can connect well and safe operation and the software used on the project are described.
