摘　　要：燃气轮机叶片表面涂层经腐蚀和冲蚀动态实验后 ,用溅射中性粒子质谱仪对其进行表面元素成分和浓度分布的分析研究 ,这为涂层的耐磨。Depth profile and surface chemical composition of the coatings,undergone dynamic erosion corrosion test on the gas turbine laminae,were studied with scattering neutron mass spectroscopy to understand the possible mechanisms and to optimize its wear resistance and erosion resistance.
