痤疮清热合剂治疗肺胃蕴热型痤疮临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察痤疮清热合剂治疗肺胃蕴热型痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法:北京中医医院皮肤科门诊患者38例,采用随机数表法将其随机分为治疗组(26例)和对照组(12例)。治疗组给予痤疮清热合剂(北京中医医院院内制剂),30ml早晚分服,疗程4周;对照组给予金花消痤丸,4g(1袋),日3次口服,疗程4周。两组治疗期间不合并外用治疗药物,治疗前后记录皮损积分、综合证候积分,并观察不良反应。结果:治疗组痊愈2例(7.70%)、显效2例(7.70%),有效20例(76.90%)、无效2例(7.70%),总有效率92.30%;对照组痊愈0例(0.00%)、显效(8.30%)、有效率6例(50.0%)、无效5例(41.70%),总有效率58.30%。两组疗效比较P<0.05,有显著性差异。治疗组未见不良反应,对照组1例。结论:痤疮清热合剂治疗肺胃蕴热型痤疮疗效优于金花消痤丸,具有较好的临床疗效及安全性。Objective The present study was designated to investigate the efficiency of Cuochuangqingreheji mixture in treating acne and its safety.Methods This randomized,controlled,4-week study assessed the efficiency of Cuochuang qingreheji mixture to treat acne.The 38 cases of acne samples which were collected from clinic were divied into two groups：one treatment group and one controll group.Forming an estimate of scores and syndromes.The side-effects were also evaluated in both groups.Results There were 2 samples（7.70%）totle recovered in treatment group,2 samples（7.70%）showed good efficiency,and 20 samples（76.90%）showed efficiency,totle efficiency rate was 92.30%;there are 0 samples totle recovered in controll group,6 samples（50.0%）showed efficiency,and 5 samples（41.70%）showed no efficiency,totle efficiency rate was 58.30%.These two groups showed great difference in the results.Conclusion This task proved that Cuochuangqingreheji mixture had better curative effect on acne treatment and safety,it should be deserved clinical generalization usage and further thorough researched.
