摘 要:采用正丁醇作为助溶剂,研究了以柴油、乙醇和正丁醇的体积比为不同比例所配置混合燃料的相溶性,分析了不同乙醇掺混比混合燃料对发动机经济性及排放特性的影响。研究结果表明,由于乙醇和柴油物化特性的差异,乙醇和柴油的相溶性较差,添加适量正丁醇可有效促进乙醇和柴油的均匀相溶。随着乙醇掺混比的增大,在中、低负荷时混合燃料的当量燃油消耗率增大,在高负荷时当量燃油消耗率减小;CO排放量在低负荷时增大,而在中、高负荷时减小;在发动机所有工况下,混合燃料的HC排放量都比燃烧0号柴油的高,而NOx排放量及碳烟排放量都较0号柴油有所下降。In this paper, butyl alcohol was used as a solubilizing agent to study the compatibility of diesel-ethanol blend fuels, which were made up by the different volume ratio of diesel, ethanol and Butyl alcohol, and to analyze the impact of the diesel-ethanol blend fuels with different ethanol blending ratio on the fuel economic performance of engine and the exhaust gas emissions. The result shows that because of the different atomizing characteristics between the diesel and ethanol, the compatibility is poor, and adding appropriate amount of butyl alcohol can be effective in promoting the homogenization. With the increasing of the ethanol blending ratio in the diesel-ethanol blend fuels, the equivalent fuel consumption increases gradually under the light load circumstance, while decreasing under the high load circumstance. The emission of the CO increases under the light load circumstance, while decreasing under the high load circumstance. Under all circumstances, the emission of the HC produced by combustion of diesel-ethanol blend fuels is higher than that of 0# diesel, while the emission of NOx and soot declines to a certain degree.
