摘 要:基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)及基质金属蛋白酶抑制物1(TIMP-1)是调节细胞外基质降解合成的主要酶类,共同作用于呼吸道的细胞外基质和基底膜。目前认为,MMP-9/TIMP-1比值失衡与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的发生、发展关系密切。抑制MMP-9的过度表达、调节MMP-9/TIMP-1平衡可以为COPD的发病机制和治疗提供新思路。同时,对高危人群进行COPD的易感基因检测,可能是未来预防治疗COPD的方向。现就近年来MMP-9/TIMP-1比值失衡与COPD关系的研究进展进行综述。Matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor-1(TIMP-1)are the main enzymes which regulate extracellular matrix degradation,and both of them operating on respiratory tract of extracellular matrix and basement membrane.Inhibition of MMP-9 overexpression and to adjust unbalanced MMP-9/TIMP-1 can provide new ideas for pathogenesis and treatment.Meanwhile,high-risk population for detection of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)susceptibility gene,may be direction of prevention and treatment of COPD in the future.At present,unbalanced MMP-9/TIMP-1 is closely related to the occurrence and development of COPD.In this article,current progress in the research on the relationship between unbalanced MMP-9/TIMP-1 and COPD were reviewed for reference.
