针灸疗法“异病同治”疗效初探

摘　　要：目的:评价和探讨针灸疗法在"异病同治"上的应用价值。方法:"肝郁脾虚型"108例原发性痛经患者和105例单纯性肥胖病患者均采用"肝脾同治"的针灸疗法施治3个月,观察针灸治疗前后患者的症状、体征、肥胖指标、痛经症状积分等改变情况。结果:原发性痛经组总有效率为96.30%,单纯性肥胖病组总能有效率为97.14%。结论:"肝脾同治"针灸疗法对肝郁脾虚型的原发性痛经和单纯性肥胖病("同证异病")具有良好的疗效,说明针灸疗法是"异病同治"的有效方法之一。Objective：To evaluate and discuss the value of the acupuncture treatment on ＂treating different diseases with the same therapy＂.Methods：108 cases of simple obesity and 105 cases of primary dysmenorrhea on liver depression with spleen insufficiency type patients were treated by combination of liver and spleen together cure for three months,and the changes of symptoms,signs,obesity indicators,dysmenorrhea symptom score were observed.Results：Acupuncture effective rate after the treatment for primary dysmenorrheal group was 96.30%,and simple obesity group was 97.41%.Conclusion：The acupuncture treatment（liver and spleen together cure）for simple obesity patients and primary dysmenorrhea on liver depression with spleen insufficiency type（the same syndrome but different diseases）has a good therapeutic effect,and it＇s one of the most effective mothods to the same syndrome but different diseases.
