摘　　要：针对料浆湿度的检测问题,设计了一种能在线检测的仪器,从料浆湿度智能检测仪的总体方案、硬件和软件等三个方面分别进行了设计,阐述了该仪器的工作原理,给出了主要的硬件设计原理和软件总体设计框图,通过实验证明,该仪器的绝对误差达到设计要求,说明该设计方案是可行的。As to the problem of the measurement of slurry humidity,we design an apparatus which can measure slurry humidity on line.The article expounds the operational principle of the apparatus and designs the hardware and software respectively.It provides the main principle of hardware design and overall software-design chart.Its test proves that the design scheme is available while the measure precision can meet the production requirements.
