烟气粉尘旋流分离性能的计算及其环保应用

摘　　要：阐述旋流除尘塔的作用机理.通过实验,求得塔内准自由涡区的速度分布.计算烟气旋转的圈数和分离粒子的最小直径及其处理的烟气量;讨论了影响分离性能的主要因素.最后给出立窑除尘及脱硫(硫化物或SO2)在环境治理工程的应用实例.This paper presents the acting principles of the swirl fluid lay dust column.The velocity distribution of the pseudo free vorticity region is determined by experiment in the lay dust column.The circle number of the swirl flue,the minimum diameter of the separating pellets and the treatment flue flow are calculated.The authors discuss main factors that influence the separating characteristics.Finally,applicatiions of the lay dust and taking off sulphite(or SO 2) in flue gas of the blast furnace concerning environmental treatment are given.
