摘　　要：本文将马克思劳动价值理论不能解释的、在现实经济活动中却发挥重要作用的一些经济要素的价值定义为虚拟价值,并认为虚拟价值的形成与实现都基于劳动价值,其类型主要分为非劳动型、无载体型、产权分离型三种;同时提出以股票、证券(以及房地产证券化产品)等虚拟价值形式存在的产品通过较强的未来性和变动性反映其虚拟性,以自然资源(以及古董、地产等)虚拟价值形式存在的产品用较强的稀缺性和垄断性体现其虚拟性,以网络信息产品的虚拟价值形式存在的产品以较强的复制性、规模性和共享性表现其虚拟性,为此,其计量模型也有所不同。虚拟价值理论的提出对于人类有效使用自然资源和保持生态环境以及维持经济可持续发展具有重要的现实意义,也可以为科学解释现代经济危机和有效防范以不同方式表现出来的经济危机提供科学的理论根据。Those values that cannot be explained by Marx＇s Labor Theory but still plays an important role in economic activities are defined as virtual values in this article, but they are based on labor value and fall into three categories： non-labor, carrier-free and property rights separation. There are several ways to reflect the virtue nature： 1 ） for the products with virtue values in the form of stock, securities （securi- tized products and real estate） and other forms, through a strong future view and variability; 2） for the products with virtue values in the form of natural resources （ and antiques and real estate）, through strong scarcity and monopoly ; 3 ） for the products with virtue values in the form of internet information products, through strong replicability, large scale and common share. Thus, the models of econometrics are differ- ent. The virtual value theory is conducive to the efficient use of natural resource and the conversation of environment and the sustainable development of economy, and it also serves as the theoretical base to ex- plain the economic crisis scientifically and prevent the economic crisis that shows in different ways.
