芒硝外用抗炎作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察芒硝外用对小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性及家兔耳静脉炎的影响。方法:采用二甲苯致炎,小鼠静脉注射伊文思蓝,紫外测定皮肤中伊文思蓝的含量,间接反应皮肤毛细血管通透性;兔耳静脉输注甘露醇溶液造兔耳静脉炎模型,观察芒硝溶液外用对炎症的影响。结果:大、中、小剂量芒硝溶液均能显著性降低小鼠皮肤内伊文思蓝含量(P<0.01);静脉输注甘露醇造模48h后,小剂量芒硝溶液组能显著改善静脉炎病理变化,大、中剂量芒硝溶液组能明显改善静脉炎病理变化;造模96h后,大、中、小剂量芒硝溶液组均能显著改善静脉炎病理变化。结论:芒硝溶液外用对急性炎症有好的抑制作用,对兔耳静脉炎有好的治疗作用。Objective： To observe the external curative effect of Sodium Sulfate in the skin capillary permeability of mice and in phlebitis of rabbits＇ ears.Methods： Established inflammation model by daubing dimethylbenzene,intravenous injection Evan,s blue,assaying the content of Evan,s blue in the skins by ultraviolet detector,which could react the permeability of skin capillaries indirectly.Intravenous injection the mannitol solution into the ears＇ vein of rabbits,established phlebitis of rabbits＇ ears model,observed the different pharmacology influence of Sodium Sulfate external therapy to phlebitis of rabbits＇ ears model.Results： High,medium and low dose of Sodium Sulfate all could reduce the content of Evan,s blue in the skins of mice significantly（P0.01）.After establishing the model by intravenous injecting the mannitol solution 48 hours,low-dose Sodium Sulfate could improve the pharmacology influence of phlebitis of rabbits＇ ears significantly,high and medium-dose Sodium Sulfate could improve the pharmacology influence of phlebitis of rabbits＇ ears obviously.After establishing the model 96 hours,high and medium-dose Sodium Sulfate all could improve the pharmacology influence of phlebitis of rabbits＇ ears significantly.Conclusion： Sodium Sulfate external therapy has good restrain effect on acute inflammation,and has good external curative effect on phlebitis of rabbits＇ ears.
