针刺不同穴位对健康人胃电即时效应的比较

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺不同经穴对健康人胃电即时效应的影响,探讨经脉穴位与脏腑的相对特异性。方法:针刺30名健康人不同穴位,观察针刺前后胃电平均幅值、频率的变化,比较针刺不同穴位对胃电即时效应影响的差异。结果:胃电振幅均值针刺后足三里、上巨虚、阴陵泉、阳陵泉、太冲、天枢与针刺前比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),其中足三里要优于其它9个穴位(P<0.05,P<0.01),上巨虚和天枢也优于阳陵泉、曲池、外关、内关(P<0.05,P<0.01);对于胃电振幅变化率,针刺足三里、上巨虚、阴陵泉、阳陵泉、太冲、天枢变化率明显,高于曲池、内关、合谷、外关(P<0.05,P<0.01),足三里要高于其它9个穴位(P<0.05,P<0.01),上巨虚和天枢也高于阳陵泉(P<0.05,P<0.01),其它穴位间未见明显差异;针刺前后对胃电频率无影响。结论:针刺不同穴位对胃电具有不同影响,不同穴位对健康人胃电的影响具有相对特异性。Objective： To observe the transient effect of acupuncturing different acupoints of healthy people,explore the correlation between meridians,acupoints and organs.Methods： Acupuncturing different acupoints in thirty healthy people,changes of average amplitude and frequency of electrogastrography were observed,compare the effects of difference in electrogastrography.Results： Comparision between pre-and post-acupuncture showed that,average amplitude was significantly higher in Zusanli,Shangjuxu,Yinlingquan,Yanglingquan,Taichong,Tianshu（P0.01）,there is significant difference between Zusanli and Shangjuxu,Yinlingquan,Yanglingquan Taichong,Tianshu（P0.05,P0.01）;significant difference also between Shangjuxu,Tianshu and Yanglingquan（P0.05,P0.01）.Compared with Quchi,Hegu,Neiguan,Waiguan,The rate change of average amplitude in Zusanli,Shangjuxu,Taichong,Yinlingquan,Yanglingquan,Tianshu were significantly higher（P0.05,P0.01）;significant difference also between Shangjuxu,Tianshu and Yanglingquan（P0.05,P0.01）.No difference between pre-and post-acupuncture in frequence.Conclusion： Acupuncturing diffrent acupoints in healthy people have different effect on electrogastrography,the influence in healthy people by different acupoints have relative specificity.
