祛脂愈肝颗粒治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨祛脂愈肝颗粒对非酒精性脂肪肝患者胰岛素抵抗的干预效应。方法:将160例非酒精性脂肪肝病患者随机分为4组,每组40例(A组:空白组;B组:东宝肝泰组;C组:二甲双胍组;D组:祛脂愈肝颗粒组)。4组均以3个月为1个疗程,2个疗程后检测肝功能、血脂、葡萄糖输注率等相关指标,并进行统计分析。结果:4组治疗后与治疗前的肝功能、血脂、葡萄糖输注率等相关指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,祛脂愈肝颗粒组各相关数据均优于其他3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:祛脂愈肝颗粒可以有效干预非酒精性脂肪肝患者的胰岛素抵抗。Objectives： To investigate the intervention effect of Quzhiyugan Granule to insulin resistance of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease patients.Methods： To divide 160 non-alcoholic fatty liver disease patients into four sample-groups randomly,40 patients each sample-group（Group A： blank control group;Group B： Dongbaogantai group;Group C： metformin hydrochloride group;Group D： Quzhiyugan Granule group）.To test the related medical indexes（liver function,blood lipid,Glucose infusion rate,etc.） after two courses of treatment（three months as one course of treatment） and analyze the results.Results： Comparison results of medical indexes have significant difference for all the four sample-groups before and after two courses of treatment（P0.05）.The comparison result among sample-groups suggests that the medical indexes of Group D are superior to other three sample-groups.And have significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion： The intervention effect of Quzhiyugan Granule to insulin resistance of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease patient is significant.
